- Each hotel has its own tasting room or wine cellar and offers different wine and food experiences.
- At least once a week, the host personally guides the guests through a wine experience.
- Extensive wine lists paired with personal wine coaching, rarities and niche wines as well as the award-winning wines of the Vinum Hotels‘ winemakers.
- Wine-based wellness treatments such as grape seed peeling and bathing in a real wine barrel are offered in selected Vinum Hotels with SPA & wellness area.
Furthermore, the Vinum Hotels place great value on haute cuisine. The Vinum chefs create their menus with natural and seasonal ingredients and use mainly regional products from South Tyrolean farmers.
