Vinum Hotels
Embedded in the most beautiful wine-growing areas of South Tyrol, the 29 Vinum Hotels are the perfect holiday destination for anyone who wants to experience wine culture up close and meet personally the people behind it. These family-run hotels are as varied as South Tyrol’s nature: from a castle hotel with its own winery to a design, a tree or an eco-friendly hotel – there’s a perfect Vinum Hotel for every guest!

In the Vinum Hotels, the vine seems close enough to touch. Here, South Tyrol’s finest wines are stored in time-honoured wine cellars and the hosts personally accompany you through the vineyards. Besides wine menus and many wine-related activities, some hotel wellness areas also offer special wine-based treatments.

Discover wine culture with all your senses

There’s one thing that all Vinum Hotels have in common: they are managed by passionate wine connoisseurs with a deep wine know-how, who are delighted to open the doors to their wine cellar and accompany their guests through vineyards and wineries. Many of the hoteliers belonging to the Vinum Hotels are winemakers themselves and give their guests an insight into the agricultural production chain, revealing what the vine needs to achieve a top wine quality. At the latest during the wine tasting, the guests will experience South Tyrol with all their senses.
