The Three Bedroom Grand Residences all have a private pool, terrace and large garden. Amenity highlights include a maxi bar service, luxurious Anne Semonin bathware, a choice of pillows and a wine fridge. Residences range in size from one to three bedrooms. They overlook either the sea or the marina, which is the heart of the resort. In addition to Sani Asterias, the resort includes four other hotels and can accommodate up to 200 boats. One of the absolute highlights of the Sani Asterias is the Over Water restaurant, which serves French-inspired haute cuisine in the evenings. This is the only ‘Adults Only’ restaurant in the resort.
