Part of the system is the coffee grinder specially developed by nunc. with 63 mm grinding discs in hardened stainless steel. It operates on the single-dosing principle – which means grinding exactly the right amount of coffee, with no dead space and no loss of coffee. Smart Tech is used here too: the grinder communicates with the machine via Bluetooth and automatically adapts the degree and quantity of grinding to the recognised recipe. The grinding process starts automatically when the filter holder is inserted – a well thought-out workflow.
SmartHopper & easy bean change
Another innovative feature is the SmartHopper system. These are modular bean containers that can be changed quickly and cleanly.
