A story full of inspiration and vision
Thomas Pallushek is a lawyer who spent years as an entrepreneur and later travelled the world as a consultant. He specialised in organisational development in low-tax countries. His career started in Berlin then moved from the USA to the Middle and Far East as well as India and found its turning point at Lake Como. In 2010, he and his wife left India and the Far East to develop a new life and business concept. To this end, he travelled to around 40 countries with his wife, but this time no longer by plane.

Bellagio on Lake Como, where his son was also born, served as the namesake and final source of inspiration. Today, the Bellagio in Bad Kissingen stands for an oasis of well-being characterised by enjoyment, art and good conversations with special people. Pallushek: We are looking for the person behind the bar who is passionate about sharing wonderful moments with their guests.
The concept will now grow concentrically in the neighbourhood and develop further into the world.

From freshly baked ciabattas and croissants to handmade focaccia and sweet temptations such as canmoli, cheesecake or chocolate tart – every delicacy is a little masterpiece. Bellagio also sets charming standards at the bar: in addition to Franconian wines from Horst Sauer and Italian classics such as Franchiacorta, there are homemade drinks as well as standard drinks that leave nothing to be desired.
